AlertX signal evaluation — outcome ledger snapshot, 11 August 2026

Frozen subset of an event-based surveillance system's signal-graduation table,covering disease–country signal episodes detected 11 May – 8 July 2026. Thesource table is recomputed as the underlying official-record archive changes;this snapshot fixes the values used in an associated analysis so that theyremain reproducible.
