2018 SCOPE Falkor NH4 Samples were collected on the 2018 SCOPE Falkor-Eddies cruise in the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre. Samples for subsequent determination of NH4+ concentrations were decanted from the CTD rosette bottles into 125 ml high-density polyethylene bottles and frozen (-20 °C). NH4+ concentrations were determined fluorometrically on a Turner Designs 10-AU, omitting the 1:75 attenuator plate, using the orthophthaldialdehyde method. The timestamp is in UTC.
