Dataset: 'Functional brain dynamics are shaped by connectome n-simplicial organization'

Hagmann. ____________________________________ We provide the resting-state functional MRI time series of 120 healthy subjects. The detailed steps about acquisition and preprocessing are available in the methods section of the corresponding manuscript. => File: concat_ts_120subs.txt We also provide a binary structural connectome based on 88 healthy subjects. A connection was kept in the binary structural connectome if the connection was represented in at least 50% of the subjects. => File: recSC_88CTRL_th0.5_scale4_cortical.txt The brain was parcellated using the cortical regions of Lausanne 2008 parcellation scale 4 (Cammoun2012). The labels of the regions is available in this dataset. => File: LABELS_cortical_scale250.txt Finally, we completed the dataset with a python script to open the data. => File: Script_ReadData.py
