INSPIRE Download Service (predefined ATOM) for record ALKIS - Official Property Cadastral Information System

Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): The Official Real Estate Cadastral Information System (ALKIS®) is a product of the Association of Surveying Administrations of the Länder of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV). In the ALKIS, the previously separately managed data of the Automated Property Book (ALB) and the Automated Property Map (ALK point file, ALK floor plan file) are integrated into an information system. ALKIS is now the official property register information system. ALKIS is available in the form of WFS services and datasets in the download center of the HVBG (www.gds.hessen.de). - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from GetFeature requests to a WFS 1.1.0INSPIRE下载服务（预定义Atom格式）说明：官方不动产地籍信息系统（ALKIS®）是德意志联邦共和国各州测绘管理协会（AdV）的研发成果。在ALKIS系统中，此前分别维护的自动化不动产登记簿（ALB）与自动化不动产地图（含ALK点文件、ALK平面图文件）数据已整合至统一信息系统内。ALKIS现已成为官方不动产登记信息系统。ALKIS可通过HVBG（www.gds.hessen.de）下载中心的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service, WFS）与数据集形式获取。——不动产记录的下载链接将通过向WFS 1.1.0发起GetFeature请求动态生成。
