Genotype data for rs2075677 (CSE1L) and rs3756290 (RAPGEF6) in a lung cancer patient cohort

This study collected samples from 291 Chinese patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Genotyping of two single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), rs3756290 in the RAPGEF6 gene and rs2075677 in the CSE1L gene, was performed using improved multiplex ligation detection reaction (iMLDR) technology to investigate their associations with patients' quality of life. The submitted dataset contains de-identified sample IDs, genotype information for the aforementioned loci ( A/A, G/A, G/G), and relevant clinical variables. The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Naval Medical University, and all participants provided written informed consent. This dataset can provide fundamental data for research on prognosis and quality of life in non-small cell lung cancer.
