资源简介:
ANSYS APDL source code for the finite element simulation of the disk springs with the free gliding and radially constrained edges. The finite element simulation was performed for verification of the analytical formulas. For comparison the finite element simulation using program ANSYS 2022R2 (ANSYS, 2022) was performed. For the finite element modeling four models were developed. • Shell Model (0). The middle surface of the spring was meshed with shell elements SHELL181. In the Shell Model (0) the applied load is evenly distributed over the upper edge of middle surface and the vertical displacement on lower edge was restricted. Both inner and outer edges can freely glide in radial directions. No radial reaction forces occur on both edges. All other displacements were assumed to be free. Source code: ds0.dat. Results database: file0.rst in ZIP archive • Shell Model (1). In the Shell Model (1) the applied load is evenly distributed over the upper edge of middle sur-face and the vertical displacement on lower edge was restricted. The outer edges can freely glide in radial directions. The radial displacement of inner edge is constrained, such that the radial reaction forces occur on the in-ner edges. All other displacements were assumed to be free. Source code: ds1.dat. Results database: file1.rst in ZIP archive • Shell Model (2). In the Shell Model (2) the applied load is evenly distributed over the upper edge of middle sur-face and the vertical displacement on lower edge was restricted. The inner edges can freely glide in radial directions. The radial displacement of outer edge is constrained, such that the radial reaction forces occur on the outer edges. All other displacements were assumed to be free. Source code: ds2.dat. Results database: file2.rst in ZIP archive • Shell Model (3). In the Shell Model (3) the applied load is evenly distributed over the upper edge of middle sur-face and the vertical displacement on lower edge was restricted. The radial displacements of both inner and outer edge are constrained, such that the radial reaction forces occur on inner and outer edges. All other dis-placements were assumed to be free.
