Each set of data points represents biological replicates from a particular donor (the two sets of data points at each experimental condition represent cells from the n=2 donors). Soft ~ 0.75 kPa, Stiff ~ 7.5 kPa elastic moduli. All analyses were performed at 3 days after encapsulation.每组数据点均代表来自特定供体的生物学重复（biological replicates）样本；每个实验条件下的两组数据点，对应n=2名供体来源的细胞。实验所用基质的弹性模量分别约为0.75 kPa（软基质）与7.5 kPa（硬基质），所有分析均在细胞包埋后3天完成。
