We conducted WGS short-reads resequencing involving multiple Cucumis melo accessions. These accessions represent a wide range of botanical groups and geographical origins. They also show a wide range of phenotypic diversity in response to multiple studied diseases. The genomes were sequenced using Illumina and MGI platforms to an average depth of at least 15X per accession. Sequencing reads were used for genome-wide association studies (GWAS) to detect genetic loci associated with key resistance traits.
