The DV reconstruction efficiency for the benchmark sample with higgsino pair-production events with $L$-violating $\lambda'_{211}$ decays ($m=300\,\text{GeV}$, $\tau=0.1\,\text{ns}$), as a function of the transverse distance between the primary and displaced vertex using the modified vertex reconstruction and the standard ATLAS vertex reconstruction. In the modified version, seed tracks used to initially form two-track vertices are required to have at least one track with $|d_0| > 1\,\text{mm}$, while in the standard reconstruction seed tracks are required to have at least one track with $|d_0| > 2\,\text{mm}$.
