Tasks 7.2, 7.3, 3.2 and 6.2 of the FAiR Project, interviews dataset

Qualtitative data: Interviews: 40 Interviews conducted by INP PAN overall for WPs 7, 6, and 3. 2 sets of written answers from: 1) EU Agencies; and 2) the Border Guard. Country coverages: Italy, Poland, Greece, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Belgium, Sweden, EU level and other Member States ad hoc (i.e. Germany). Language used to collect data: English, Polish, Italian. All transcripts have been made anonymised and made available in Surf Yoda, include the 2 sets of written answers. Main topics covered: 1) Human rights monitoring in forced return; 2) Human rights monitoring and practices in assisted voluntray return; 3) Alternatives to return programs/regularisation pathways in Poland; 4) Intergovermental frameworks and readmission agreements (negotiations) in Poland.
