Capsicum annuum x Capsicum chinense Map. Capsicum annuum x Capsicum chinense

A mapping population of 75 F2 plants was generated by self-pollinating one F1 plant from the interspecific mating of Capsicum annuum cv,"NuMex RNaky" x Capsicum chinense PI159234. The plants were genotyped using RAPD, AFLP, and RFLP techniques. The RFLP probes are from tomato. The RFLP loci were used to perform comparison to tomato genetic maps.
