Processed data from phosphorylation arrays of DMSO-treated (control) and TNO155-treated OSCC lines, raw data for plotting of Figure 3C in the manuscript entitled "TNO155 is a selective SHP2 inhibitor to target PTPN11-dependent oral squamous cell carcinoma". Kit used: Human Phosphorylation Pathway Profiling Array C55 kit (Raybiotech, Inc. AAH-PPP-1-4) Analysis: Densitometric analysis of the array spots was performed using Carpentier G. Protein Array Analyzer (2010)[17] for ImageJ software (v.1.53, RRID:SCR_003070).
