Data obtained from an experimental campaign aimed at investigating the acoustic and thermoacoustic behaviour of an electrically-heated Rijke tube. This dataset contains: i) temperature mesurements at 8 different axial locations within the tube, in addition to a single ambient temperature measurement; ii) high-frequency pressure measurements at 6 different axial locations. Experiments are performed in the following cases: i) empty tube; ii) heater placed inside the tube but switched off; iii) heater and thermocouples placed inside the tube with the heater switched off; iv) heater and thermocouples placed inside the tube with the heater switched on. Range of electric powers investigated when the heater is switched on: 0 to 180 Watts (in steps of 10 Watts). At these heater powers, the system under investigation is thermoacoustically stable. Experiments are performed at the following heater positions: x_h/L = [0.01, 0.10, 0.15, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 0.40, 0.45, 0.50, 0.55].
