Effects of temperature on overwintering bees (fatty acid anaylsis)

The repository contains the dataset and R Scripts for the thesis of Carolin Scholten. R Scripts were originally developed by Fabian Ruedenauer and modified for this thesis. The Readme file contains metadata on the datasets. The files will be updated with additional data in the following months. The data will only be public after manuscript publication.
