IMOS SOOP Underway Data from AIMS Vessel RV Solander Trip 5355 From 30 Jun 2011 To 20 Jul 2011

'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Solander Trip 5355.\n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Turbidity at 1.9m on trip 5355 from 30 Jun 2011 through to 20 Jul 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Fluorescence at 1.9m on trip 5355 from 30 Jun 2011 through to 20 Jul 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a Wet Labs FLNTU-RT Optical sensor (Turbidity and Fluorescence) manufactured by Wetlabs, model FLNTU-RT. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Salinity at 1.9m on trip 5355 from 30 Jun 2011 through to 20 Jul 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 21 conductivity cell manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 21. \n\nInstrumentation was deployed for measuring Seawater Intake Temperature at 1.9m on trip 5355 from 30 Jun 2011 through to 20 Jul 2011, and the installation was located at/on RV Solander. Sensor deployed was a SBE 38 remote temperature sensor manufactured by Sea-Bird Electronics, Inc., model SBE 38.

‘机遇科考船（Ships of Opportunity, SOOP）’是澳大利亚综合海洋观测系统（Integrated Marine Observing System, IMOS）项目下设的设施。本数据集由SOOP子设施‘热带科考船传感器（Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels）’搭载于RV Solander号的第5355航次采集所得。
