Identification of novel mung bean-specific microRNAs and their expression profiles during early growth stages

Small RNA sequencing was performed to identify and characterize novel microRNAs specific to mung bean (Vigna radiata). The study aimed to explore the expression dynamics of known and novel miRNAs during early seedling developments.
