The study of bacterial community and assembly process by high-throughput sequencing

The aims of this study were to reveal the effects of different lifestyles on bacterial community composition and diversity, estimate the co-occurrence patterns of bacterioplankton communities in the pre-bloom and post-bloom, and explore the community assembly mechanism of bacterial community between the pre-bloom and post-bloom periods. This study will provide scientific basis for the microbial community during bloom stages in freshwater.
