Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry Annual Report 2024

The Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry (APFPR) was established in 2019, with the aim to monitor prospective outcomes of people who have surgery for female pelvic floor disorders. It is a population-based prospective, observational registry of patients undergoing Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) and Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP) procedures. The APFPR collects minimal clinical data on diagnostic, surgical, and outcome information, and administers patient reported outcome measures relating to all SUI procedures, and only POP procedures that involve mesh. Data presented in this Annual Report derives from procedures prior to 1 January, 2025. This report contains data relating to 1,395 patients, 1,492 procedures, and 1,160 products.
