Identification of Key miRNAs in Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Globally, approximately 18.6 million people are affected by DFUs each year. However, the specific molecular mechanism of the disease remains unclear. In this study, miRNA sequencing and metabolite content detection were combined to explore the pathogenesis and biomarkers of DFUs. A total of 65 differentially expressed miRNAs (DEmiRNAs) were screened out.
