Below the windows, a large cylinder protrudes from the face of the car, and a large grill is seen near the floor. At the bottom of the car, four wheels can be seen from the side supporting the vehicle. To the left, a group of people can be seen standing near the hotel car. In the background to the left, a group of utility poles and wires are seen. In the background to the right, a few buildings are visible. Description on the back of the photograph reads: "05 at Balboa on a real estate excursion about 1905".
