2. Occupational achievement data.

Topics: 1. Important factors in choice of training occupation;
training conditions in the company and in the vocational school;
concern of superior for training and report booklet; existence of
apprentice instruction and training shop in the company; occupation
advice from the employment office; participation in occupation
promotion courses outside of the company and in the vocational school;
occupational goal; desired employment after conclusion of training;
company size; hobby; membership in a club; social origins.

2. From file analysis information on: achievements in the individual
vocational school subjects; membership in a trade union.

Demography: age (classified); sex; school education.
