Travelling-heads audit of brain MRI anomaly detectors: lock records, aggregate results and analysis code
收藏资源简介:
Lock records, aggregate results and analysis code for the study "Travelling-heads auditing of brain MRI anomaly detectors reveals pipeline-driven false alarms and detection without lesion localization". The study ran eight analyses in sequence on public and registered-access brain MRI datasets (ON-Harmony, SRPBS Traveling Subject, MSLesSeg, LEMON, IXI, OASIS-1). Before each outcome was computed, a lock record froze its plan and code by SHA-256 digest. For each analysis this deposit holds the lock record, the prespecified results as aggregates by detector, scanner or site, analyses run after the lock (labelled as such), and the analysis code with its tests. MANIFEST.csv gives the digest of every file, and LOCK_CHECK.csv shows that each shared file matches the digest its lock recorded. The deposit holds no image, lesion mask, score table, or participant or session identifier. Per-session data, the authors' internal plan and result notes, run authorizations and the frozen detector weights are not shared; README.md explains each exclusion. The source datasets must be obtained from their providers under their own terms.
