The ICVIS-H novel mixed traffic flow state detection test is primarily designed for accurate recognition algorithms of novel mixed traffic flow states. It generates simulation data via MATLAB software based on the sensor accuracy specifications stipulated in GB/T 20609 *Microwave Traffic Flow Detectors for Traffic Information Collection* and GB/T 24726 *Video Traffic Flow Detectors for Traffic Information Collection*. The simulation data includes: traffic flow volume, section speed and occupancy data detected by roadside radars under various environments; traffic flow volume, section speed and occupancy data identified by roadside video; and traffic flow volume, section speed and occupancy data obtained through vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication of automated vehicles. The total data size is 202 KB.
