The development plan Stellingen 59 for the area west of Kieler Straße between Kronsaalsweg and Bundesautobahn (BAB) A 7 (District of Eimsbüttel, district 321) is established. The area shall be limited as follows: Southwest boundary of parcel 2472, northwest boundary of parcels 2472 and 4548 of the Stellingen area — Kronsaalsweg — Kieler Straße — across parcel 3404, southern borders of parcels 3402 and 3406 of the area Stellingen — Wittenmoor.针对克隆萨尔茨路与联邦高速公路（Bundesautobahn，缩写BAB）A7之间、基勒大街西侧的区域（艾姆斯比特尔区，321号街区）制定的施特林根59号开发规划现已正式确立。 该区域的边界划定如下： 施特林根地块2472的西南边界、施特林根地块2472与4548的西北边界—克隆萨尔茨路—基勒大街—穿越地块3404—施特林根地块3402与3406的南部边界—维滕莫尔。
