Results of the FST-based outlier test by Beaumont & Nichols (1996) as implemented in Arlequin 3.5 (Excoffier & Lischer 2010) sorted by chromosome. The analysis encompasses all samples and p-values are plotted for each SNP across all 21 chromosomes.This file was used to make the figure 5 in the manuscript. SNPs that show significantly high FST (p ≤ 0.001) are candidates for marking genomic regions under diversifying selection, whereas SNPs showing significantly low FST (p ≤ 0.001), potentially reflecte balancing selection.
本数据集为基于FST的离群值检验结果,该检验由Beaumont与Nichols(1996)提出,经Arlequin 3.5软件(Excoffier与Lischer 2010)实现,按染色体排序。本分析覆盖全部样本,针对21条染色体上的每一个单核苷酸多态性(Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP)计算并绘制P值。本文件用于绘制该稿件中的图5。其中,FST值显著偏高(P ≤ 0.001)的SNP可作为歧化选择作用下基因组区域的候选标记;而FST值显著偏低(P ≤ 0.001)的SNP,则可能反映了平衡选择过程。
