Handbook On White Fish Handling Aboard Fishing Vessels

This handbook is one of a series of five produced by Alaska Sea Grant's Marine Advisory Program on handling and processing of ocean white fish. Used together they provide the basis for a complete practical course in white fish handling and processing aboard the fishing vessel. Written for people who have considerable experience in fish handling, the handbook deals specifically with those species found in the North Pacific and the Bering Sea. The principles of good handling and production of quality seafood cannot be ignored if the best results are to be achieved, regardless of the geographic location.
