Hyperparameters for final models

Selected hyperparameters for elastic net models fit using various -omics data types data on the TCGA dataset. Hyperparameter selection procedure is described in the "supplementary information" section of the paper: https://greenelab.github.io/mpmp-manuscript/#supplementary-information Columns correspond to hyperparameters (alpha and l1_ratio for elastic net logistic regression) and rows correspond to target genes (gene symbols).本数据集收录了基于TCGA（癌症基因组图谱，The Cancer Genome Atlas）数据集、采用多种组学数据类型拟合的弹性网络（elastic net）模型的精选超参数。超参数选择流程详见该论文的"补充信息"板块：https://greenelab.github.io/mpmp-manuscript/#supplementary-information。数据集的列对应弹性网络逻辑回归的超参数（即alpha与l1_ratio），行对应靶基因（基因符号）。
