Final code for stereology paper

All code used to generate plots in R for the paper titled "Immature neurons in the primate amygdala: changes with early development and disrupted early environment". This code includes what was used for all boxplots, standard deviation boxplots, and frequency polygon plots, and Pearson correlation plots plots that appear in the paper. This database also includes all raw csv files used within each R markdown block of code.
