Mice were i.v. infected with SEZ or ∆manY strain. Moribund mice were deeply anesthetized with a 10% pentobarbital sodium intramuscular injection and perfused with 4% paraformaldehyde until the liver turned pale. The brains were then fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde for 24 hours and processed into paraffin sections for hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining.小鼠经静脉（intravenous, i.v.）感染SEZ或∆manY菌株。对濒死小鼠经肌肉注射10%戊巴比妥钠实施深度麻醉，随后以4%多聚甲醛进行灌注，直至肝脏发白。将脑组织置于4%多聚甲醛中固定24小时，随后制作石蜡切片并进行苏木精-伊红（hematoxylin-eosin, HE）染色。
