互花米草为多年生禾本植物，繁殖及环境耐受能力极强，对温度具有广适性，已成为全球滨海湿地最为典型的入侵物种之一。本数据集通过监测2015年中国沿海地区互花米草的分布状况，可为我国科学防治互花米草入侵提供科学依据。
Spartina alterniflora is a perennial grass species with extremely strong reproductive and environmental tolerance capacities and wide temperature adaptability, making it one of the most typical invasive species in global coastal wetlands.
This dataset monitors the distribution of Spartina alterniflora along the coastal areas of China in 2015, and can provide scientific evidence for the scientific prevention and control of Spartina alterniflora invasions in China.
