For each subject, genomic DNA from whole blood, circulating cell free DNA and tumor tissues (whenever possible) were performed targeting next generation sequencing on Illumina Miseq or Hiseq 4000 platforms. The sequencing results of whole blood were used to distinguish germline and somatic mutations.
