The dataset contains benthic and planktonic foraminiferal census data and derived paleoenvironmental indices across the Paleocene–Eocene Thermal Maximum (PETM) at the El Dababiya GSSP, Egypt. Data include raw planktonic counts, benthic relative abundances, diversity indices, oxygenation proxies, and estimated paleodepths for 49 samples for Left Section of GSSP (LS-GSSP) and 34 samples for Right Section of GSSP (RS-GSSP). The dataset covers the PETM carbon isotope excursion and associated extinction and recovery interval.
