The goal of this study was to investigate the genetic basis of the multiple antibiotic resistances harboured by a Klebsiella pneumoniae using whole genome sequencing (WGS). This K. pneumoniae ST15 carried the plasmid pOXA-48 and acquired colistin resistance during antibiotic treatment.
