Illumina sequencing plate1

This file contains both forward (t1-UNIS_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq) and reverse (t1-UNIS_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq) Illumina read data and associated barcode mapping files. In Mapfile_T1 forward primer is linker primer and in Mapfile_T1_rev reverse primer is the linker primer to recover all the reads from mix orientation read data files. which is the case in our sequencing.本文件包含正向（t1-UNIS_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq）与反向（t1-UNIS_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq）Illumina测序读段数据，以及配套的条形码映射文件。在Mapfile_T1中，正向引物为接头引物（linker primer）；在Mapfile_T1_rev中，反向引物为接头引物，可用于从混合方向的测序读段文件中回收所有读段，这与本次测序的实际情况一致。
