Characteristics of fecal microflora in rats of nonobese metabolic-associated fatty liver disease induced by high temperature feed

Eighteen male rats were randomly separated into three groups: the control group, the dry-fried soybeans group (DFS group) and the positive control group (HFD group). Body weight and liver index, pathological and serological indicators were measured at week 12. Non-targeted metabolomics and 16srDNA high-throughput sequencing were used to detect differential metabolites and microflora in each group. The correlation of gut flora and fecal metabolites, gut flora and liver fibrosis and liver index were analyzed among the three groups.
