RNA sequencing of Tie2 (TEK) silencing in Tie2+ Fibrolast like cells (TF) from the aorta of wild type C57Bl/6J mice.

Purpose: Our objective is to compare the gene expression pattern in the TF cells transfected with LV-SCR or LV-shTEK-A or LV-shTEK-D invitro. Overall design: The TF cell population from the aorta of wild type C57Bl/6J mice were isolated and sorted by FACS, cultured in the 0.1% gelatin coated petri dish containing growth media, at passage #6 transfected with the lenti viral vector (LV-SCR or LV-shTEK-A or LV-shTEK-D) and analyzed by RNA sequencing. cDNA library was synthesized using BGI DNBSeq Stranded mRNA KIT (BGI, Hongkong), The library quality was determined using bioanalyzer and sequenced using MGISEQ-2000 System with the following specifications: 1 X 100bp, 20M paired end reads.
