Bog map Brandenburg

The map provides up-to-date information on the distribution and condition of the bog soils in the state of Brandenburg. With the aim of providing a peat map related to 2013 extensive, up to now unused data for the distribution of bog soils in Brandenburg has been processed into an overlap-free map and comprehensive database of moor floor profiles. In order to record the current state of the moor soils, soil surveys were carried out again and statistically evaluated at 7,725 sites with sufficient data bases. As a result, thickness loss rates for agricultural bog sites in Brandenburg could be derived.本数据集附带的地图提供了勃兰登堡州（Brandenburg）境内沼泽土（bog soils）的分布与发育状态的最新资讯。为编制2013年版相关泥炭图（peat map），研究人员将勃兰登堡州境内迄今未被利用的海量沼泽土分布数据，加工为一张无重叠的专题地图与一套完整的沼泽剖面综合数据库。为精准记录沼泽土的当前状态，研究团队在7725个具备充足数据支撑的调查点位重新开展土壤勘测并完成统计评估，最终成功推导出勃兰登堡州农业用沼泽土点位的厚度损失率。
