简介：2024年山东省三级医院、二级医院病案首页统计数据集。数据来源为颗粒度精确到科室级诊断与手术操作。可选择不同单位（城市、标杆医院）购买数据使用权。使用权有效期为3年。 数据规模：最大162个字段，诊断数据总数超过167万条，手术操作数据总数超过68万条。 覆盖范围：数据覆盖全山东省16个城市共226家三级医院、708家二级医院，覆盖出院患者高达1776万例，其中手术患者1062万例。 覆盖时间：2024年1月至2024年12月Introduction: This is a statistical dataset of hospital discharge summary front pages for tertiary and secondary hospitals in Shandong Province, 2024. The data has a granularity down to the department level for diagnoses and surgical procedures. Data usage rights can be purchased for different entities (cities or benchmark hospitals), with a 3-year validity period. Data Scale: Up to 162 fields, with over 1.67 million records of diagnostic data and over 680,000 records of surgical procedure data. Coverage: The dataset covers 226 tertiary hospitals and 708 secondary hospitals across 16 cities in Shandong Province, totaling up to 17.76 million discharged patients, among which 10.62 million are surgical patients.
