National PCB Inventory – Years 2011 to 2013. At national level, concerns about the potential adverse effect of PCBs on human health and the environment led to the publication of Decree-Law No 378/76 of 20 May 1976, the first decree to lay down a ban on the use of PCBs for industrial and commercial purposes from 1 July 1976, with the exception of certain uses such as dielectric fluids for high-power transformers, capacitors, heat-transmitting fluids (except in units for the manufacture, sale or treatment of food or food feed), hydraulic fluids for mining equipment and catalysts.全国多氯联苯（Polychlorinated Biphenyls，PCBs）库存数据集——2011至2013年。在国家层面，鉴于多氯联苯可能对人体健康与环境造成潜在不利影响，1976年5月20日发布的第378/76号法令正式出台。该法令为首部规定自1976年7月1日起禁止在工业与商业用途中使用多氯联苯的法规，但以下特定用途除外：高功率变压器、电容器用绝缘流体，传热流体（食品或饲料的生产、销售或处理设备所使用的此类流体除外），采矿设备用液压流体以及催化剂。
