数据与泡桐参考基因组进行比较,检测并校正突变位点,整合后进行过滤等处理,得到高质量的群体标记,并将其分类归入相应的连锁群,并根据标记的物理位置信息进行排序。计算标记之间的遗传距离和每条染色体的地图距离。分别构建了雄性和雌性遗传图谱,然后将这两个亲本图谱合并,构建了综合遗传图谱。通过对遗传长度、大缺口数量、图形基因型、图形连锁强度等的综合评估,评估了综合遗传图谱的质量。
First, the sequencing data was compared with the paulownia reference genome to detect and correct mutation sites. After integration and filtration processing, high-quality population markers were obtained. These markers were then classified into corresponding linkage groups and ordered based on their physical position information. Genetic distances between markers and map distances for each chromosome were calculated. Male and female genetic maps were constructed separately, and then these two parental maps were merged to construct a comprehensive genetic map. The quality of the comprehensive genetic map was evaluated through comprehensive assessment of genetic length, number of large gaps, graphical genotypes, graphical linkage strength, and other relevant indicators.
