Given are the mean squared displacement (MSD) plots and the diffusion coefficients for each defect migration run at each temperature performed in https://arxiv.org/abs/2605.02685. File Structure: Folders: I_I^-: This folder contains MSD plots and diffusion coefficients for negatively charged iodide interstitials. I_MA^+: This folder contains MSD plots and diffusion coefficients for positively charged methylammonium (MA) interstitials. I_MA^0: This folder contains MSD plots and diffusion coefficients for neutral MA interstitials. V_I^+: This folder contains MSD plots and diffusion coefficients for positively charged iodide vacancies. V_MA^-: This folder contains MSD plots and diffusion coefficients for negatively charged MA vacancies. V_MA^0: This folder contains MSD plots and diffusion coefficients for neutral MA vacancies. Inside each folder, the MSD plots are titled as {T}K-run{i}.png, where T is the temperature at which the run is performed and i = 1,2,3. The diffusion coefficients are given in the file Diffusion_coefficients.txt, with the diffusion coefficients written in the first column in Å^2/ns units and the temperature written in the second column.
