宽带高线性度调制器芯片的设计版图

本设计版图面向课题指标中对实际宽带高线性度调制器芯片的需求，利用仿真模型，得到符合要求的结构参数，在软件中将该结构绘制成版图，制作光刻掩膜版，用作芯片制作过程中的重要掩膜，实现从模型到芯片，形成版图文件。

This design layout is developed to meet the requirements of actual broadband high-linearity modulator chips specified in the project indicators. Simulation models are utilized to obtain structural parameters that meet the preset requirements, then the corresponding structure is drawn into a layout in specialized software, followed by the fabrication of photolithographic masks which act as critical masks during the chip manufacturing process, ultimately realizing the transition from model to chip and generating the final layout file.
