Impact of plant species, mycorrhizal type and leaf traits on foliar fungal communities (in a common garden experiment)

This project profiles foliar fungal communities from leaves of diverse host plants grown in a common garden (MycoPhylo experimental field) in Estonia. We generated ITS amplicon sequences to evaluate how host identity, mycorrhizal type, and leaf functional traits influence fungal diversity and community structure.
