Transcriptome sequencing of flower development in Achimenes

Transcriptome sequencing of two stages of flower development for 10 species of Achimenes, 1 species of Eucodonia, and 1 species of Gesneria. This data provides sequence and gene expression data for analyses investigating the evolution and development of floral form in Gesneriaceae and Achimenes.
