We performed a somatic mutational analysis of a well-characterized series of sporadic and Lynch Syndrome-related Endometrial Cancers, performing targeted sequencing of 16 genes involved in endometrial carcinogenesis with the aim to identify discrete molecular subgroups of ECs. Full length targeted sequencing of 16 genes was performed in 35 ECs on the MiSeq platform and the mutational profile was analyzed integrating molecular and immunohistochemical data.
