资源简介:
Matlab scripts:
The custom Matlab scripts developed to compute and analyze
kinematics, velocimetry, pressure and force data are provided in separate
folders that include the master script and secondary functions. Pressure
calculations from PIV data use the queen2 Matlab package available at ( http://dabirilab.com/software).
Respirometry data:
We provide the oxygen consumption data used in statistical
analysis of the COT of each specimen for both Mojarras and Pinfish in two
separate .xlsx files. In addition to raw oxygen consumption data, each file
includes the magnitude of the relative flow speeds in body-length per second
tested during steady swimming trials. We also provide the rpm to flow velocity
calibration used with our flume as well as the calibration metadata of the
optical oxygen probe used in our investigation.
Tail aspect ratio:
Scaled original pictures of the Mojarras and Pinfish used to
calculate the aspect ratio of their corresponding forked and truncate tail are
available in .jpg format.
PIV data: Velocity fields computed using DaVis are sorted by
fish species and specimen. Additional metadata relative to the fish and experimental
parameters (i.e., salinity, temperature) are included in separate text files in
the ‘Fish metadata’ folder.
Videos: High-resolution videos available upon request.
