资源简介:
The pivotal role of soil microbes in the turnover of organic carbon (C) is now well acknowledged. Organic material inputs could influence soil microbial communities in the whole soil and in different soil aggregate fractions. However, how soil aggregation affect soil microbial communities and co-occurrence networks and their links to soil organic C (SOC) contents under long-term organic material amendments are largely unclear. Thus, we investigated prokaryotic and fugal communities and co-occurrence networks in different soil aggregate fractions after application of inorganic fertilizer and/or organic materials (rice straw, peanut straw, radish or pig manure) for 27 years. The objective of this study was (1) to investigate how organic amendments and soil aggregation affect prokaryotic and fugal communities under 27-year fertilization; (2) to explore the co-occurrence network patterns among microbial communities in different soil aggregate fractions; (3) to identify the keystone taxa in studied soils and their potential links to SOC contents.
