Melbourne Real Estate Dataset

This dataset is sourced from a well-known real estate website, recording real estate transaction information in the Melbourne, Australia region from 2013 to 2015. Besides detailed information about the properties themselves, the dataset also covers data on nearby Points of Interest (POIs), textual descriptions and images of the houses. Additionally, it includes 43 distinct real estate-related features, involving information from 13,340 regions, 709 schools and 218 railway stations. On average, each property is equipped with 5 unique images, and the textual descriptions can be up to 280 words in length. The dataset contains a total of 52,851 real estate transaction records, and its downstream task is housing price prediction.
