The areas in Flanders, in which nature development projects, in accordance with the Decree on Nature Conservation and the Natural Environment of 21 October 1997, were established (or were established). Within these areas, a pre-purchase right is (or was) applicable for a certain period of time.佛兰德斯（Flanders）境内，依据1997年10月21日《自然保护与自然环境法令》（Decree on Nature Conservation and the Natural Environment）设立自然开发项目的相关区域（或已完成设立）。在上述区域范围内，优先购买权曾（或正）在特定时限内适用。
