These are weekly returns received by the then Department of Child Welfare, and later the Department of Youth and Community Services, from institutions and establishments administered by the Department housing children who were under the care of the State. The following information is given: name of offender, date of offence, age, offence and details as to the punishment, ie. corporal, extra duties or deprivations.
